What Is a Tradovate Withdrawal?
A withdrawal pulls cash out of your live Tradovate brokerage account and drops it into your own bank account. You get two rails to choose from: an ACH transfer to a linked US bank, or a wire transfer, domestic or international, to any bank account titled in your name. Both start from the same Transfers & Payments screen in the web app. One thing to keep straight: prop-firm evaluation and funded accounts don't pay out here. Those payouts run through your firm, not Tradovate's withdrawal page.
How to Withdraw Funds From Tradovate: Step-by-Step
Open Application Settings > Transfers & Payments
Log in to the Tradovate web or desktop app, click Application Settings in the top-right corner, and open the Transfers & Payments tab. Every deposit and withdrawal action lives on this one screen, so this is where both payout methods begin.
Link Your Payout Destination
Before any money moves, Tradovate needs a destination on file. For ACH, just select your linked US bank account, add it first if you haven't already. For a wire, click Add Wire Account, enter your receiving bank's wire instructions (plus a correspondent bank if your bank requires one), and hit Save. One rule that trips people up: every payout account has to be titled in the exact same name as your Tradovate account.
Click Withdrawal and Choose the Account
Back on the Transfers & Payments page, click the Withdrawal button. If you hold more than one Tradovate account, pick the one you're withdrawing from, then choose the ACH or wire destination you saved in Step 2.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Type in your withdrawal amount, then click Confirm and Transfer. There's a small minimum per request, currently around $50, and you can generally submit one withdrawal every 24 hours. Bigger requests, currently anything over roughly $5,000, kick off an SMS confirmation to the phone number on your account, so keep your phone within reach. These amounts and thresholds do shift over time, so double-check the current rules in Tradovate's help center.

Want to check on it? Head back to Transfers & Payments, and under Transfer Money open Transfer History. Here's the timing that matters: requests submitted before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day get processed that same day. Anything after that rolls to the next business day.
